Happy New Year!

As we reflect over the past year, we give thanks for your continued patronage and friendship. I find myself looking at our grandmother’s picture hanging above the door and send a quiet prayer of thanks for her foresight and strength in starting this business 90 years ago. I hope we will always convey the appreciation and respect to all customers as she did.

We have added many new recipes to the recipe section this month - thank you for the continued requests to expand this section.

We have a section called New Acquisitions that highlights the pieces that we are adding to the site this month - it’s a quick way to see what’s new.

Yes! Chimayo heirloom chile is back in stock. It was a good year for heirloom given the water storage. Heirloom chile is sun dried which lends a wonderful earthy sweetness to the chile - it is perfect for an enchilada sauce. The heat is a 7 on a 1-10 scale. We invite you to visit the Chile section and try the difference yourselves!
