Carne Adovada

4 cups basic red chile sauce using chile caribe (see recipe).

2 lb pork loin cut in cubes
1 1/2 diced onion

Mix the pork and onions in the chile marinade and combine well in an oven-proof dish. Marinade this over night in the refrigerator.

You can cook this in a crock pot the next day for 6-8 hours or bake it at 350 degrees for one hour.

This dish is traditionally served as a burrito or a side dish with beans.
